The Professional Side
Dr. Jacob M. Haslam is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Dentistry. Upon graduation Dr. Jake was recognized with awards from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in Dental Implants, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Prosthodontics, and the International College of Leadership. His love for people and helping others inspired him to become a dentist and is proud to continue the legacy of excellence in patient care that his father has established.
The Personal Side
When not performing dentistry, Dr. Jake enjoys his time with his three children and wife, road biking, and snowmobiling.
