How do I make an appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, our team accepts most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, and more. If you would like to confirm your coverage, please contact us.

Before visiting us, please request an appointment online or call to schedule.

What financing options or payment plans do you offer?
Our team partners with CareCredit as a third-party payment option. You can design a payment plan that works for you with no interest, no hidden fees, and no annual fees. We also offer our dental assistance plan, which provides savings on preventative care and discounts on other services.

What are your office hours?
We’re open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How do I transfer my dental records?
If you need to send your records to another dental practice, please give us a call. We’re happy to assist with this process.

Does your office treat children?
Yes, we offer pediatric dental care specifically designed to help children and teenagers achieve excellent oral health.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please plan to arrive for your visit 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time, in case we need to update your patient information or insurance details (if applicable).

What should I bring for my first appointment?
Please bring:
- Completed new patient forms.
- Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A valid form of ID.
- A list of medications you are currently taking.
- A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
- Dental insurance card if you are covered and paying through insurance.
